Our taproom menu is centered on a passion for great pairings. We offer a curated selection of our own award-winning craft beers, alongside a variety of delicious seltzers, ciders, wines, and sodas. Each item is designed to go perfectly with our delicious, wood-fired pizzas.
From classic pies to our signature creations, every pizza is made to complement our brews, whether you’re sipping a crisp lager, a Belgian-style ale, or a rotating sour.

We Brew Limited-Edition Beer with a Story Behind Every Sip
Our small-batch, limited-edition brews aren’t just experimental they’re rooted in tradition, community, and creativity. Each release is carefully crafted using hand-selected malts, bold ingredients, and a bit of risk-taking.
Only the best ingredients make it into our tanks. From our grain to our yeast, every part of the process is about elevating the craft. We hand-pick malts for every recipe to bring out nuanced flavors and rich profiles you won’t find in mass-produced beer.

Heads up: Our kitchen closes one hour before the taproom, usually around 9 PM.
