Being a brewery, it is very hard to anticipate how long a group or table will be staying. Because of this, we operate on a first come, first serve basis only
You are allowed to come in a little early and hold tables for your group. (Max number of tables for any group is 3.)
For event inquiries, please email hopyardaleworks@gmail.com.
We are available to host private group events on Mondays or Tuesdays when we are closed to the public.
Our phone number is not public, so the best way to get ahold of us is emailing us. You can use the contact form below, or just send us an email directly at: hopyardaleworks@gmail.com
The outside patio is!
Dogs must be well-behaved and on a leash at all times.
We are also happy to allow registered service animals inside with their owners, upon proof of certification
Here's the run down on our dietary options:
Our regular dough is vegan (but not gluten free)
Our cauliflower crust is gluten free (but not vegan)
We have a dairy free cheese (made with oat milk)
Our homemade red sauce is made from fresh D.O.P. San Marzano tomatoes & roasted in our brick oven. When making, we do add ingredients that make it non-vegan. We have garlic oil to substitute - just ask!
All pizzas are made to order and can be made to accommodate most allergies. Because of the nature of our kitchen, we cannot guarantee the cross contamination of garlic, oil or flour on any pizza.
We take allergies very seriously and want to keep you and your food experience safe whenever you visit. When you notify us of an allergy we will do our very best to clean, sanitize and isolate pizzas while they are being made to keep them safe.
For nuts, dairy , egg, fish, shellfish, soy, sesame, or any other allergy , the best practice is to ask our staff to check with the kitchen on what is safe to eat. Our house dough is vegan, but uses soybean oil; our cauliflower crust is gluten free, but has eggs & dairy; our red sauce is has fish and basil and oregano.

Crafted with Passion
We take pride in brewing each batch with care and dedication to bring you the finest flavors.
Locally Sourced Ingredients
Our beers are made using quality ingredients sourced from trusted local partners.
Tradition & Innovation
Combining time-honored brewing methods with creative new recipes to keep things exciting.
Quality You Can Taste
Every sip reflects our commitment to premium quality and great taste.
Hop presence is masked; however, there is some and it peaks with a tannin feel and semi-citric sharpness. Rough and long-lingering finish with molasses, and soft anise residuals sticking to the palate.
A tough one to drink. The use of molasses and licorice is simply overwhelming and without balance.
