About Hop Yard Ale Works
Oliver & Amy Behm were born and raised in the Fox Valley. Their passion for food & love for beer took them on many adventures across the county. What they created for you is a collaboration of the best parts of their memories.
Their wish is you enjoy the atmosphere, community and brewery experience as much as they did to risk it all, and follow their dreams!

Best Beer Achievement
A couple things to know about how the brewery operates:
- There are no servers and we do not take reservations. All orders are placed at the bar by the "Order Here" sign.
- Besides beer, we try to provide a variety of options to drink. We have fruit forward seltzers, fantastic wine options & hard cider that isn't your momma's apple juice. Ask our bartenders if you are looking for something different!
- All tax is included in the price listed for beer &food. Any merch will have tax added.
- Tabs can be opened with a valid credit or debit card and the card will be given back to you. (no personal information is ever stored)
- It can get busy at times, and a line will form. If you'd like to leave and need to close a Tab, but don't want to stand in line -- please feel free to leave. At the end of the night, the card on file will be used to pay your Tab, with a 15% gratuity added.

How We Operate
We do not have servers or take reservations. Please place all orders at the bar, where you’ll see the “Order Here” sign.
Alongside our craft beers, we offer a variety of drinks, including fruit-forward seltzers, excellent wines, and hard ciders that go beyond your usual apple juice. Feel free to ask our bartenders for recommendations!
You can open a tab with a valid credit or debit card; your card will be returned immediately, and no personal info is stored.
During busy times, a line may form. If you need to leave but want to close your tab without waiting in line, no problem! We will use the card on file to settle your tab at the end of the night, including a 15% gratuity.
